Terms of use
Last updated: October 29, 2026
By using tillsia.ca (the “site”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What the site is
The site gives general, plain-language guidance about school support processes in British Columbia, based on publicly available information. Till&Sia is an independent service. It is not part of, endorsed by, or affiliated with the BC Ministry of Education and Child Care, any school district, or any school.
Accuracy
We work to keep the information accurate, but policies, procedures, names and rules differ between school districts and change over time. Always confirm details with your school or district. Links to other websites, directories and providers are provided for convenience and are not endorsements. You are responsible for checking a professional’s registration and qualifications before you use them.
The free checklist and the paid roadmap
- The quiz, result page and checklist are free.
- The personalized roadmap is a digital product that costs CA$50 (plus any taxes that apply), paid once through Stripe. After payment you are returned to the site where the roadmap opens in your browser.
- The roadmap is for your own personal, non-commercial use with your own child. Please don’t copy, resell or distribute it.
Refunds
Because the roadmap is a digital product that is available as soon as you pay, all sales are final. See our refund page for details, including what we will fix if something goes wrong.
Email templates
Sample emails and scripts are starting points. Please review and adjust anything before you send it. You are responsible for what you send.
Limit of liability
The site and roadmap are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Till&Sia is not liable for decisions you make or outcomes at school based on the information provided, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to the roadmap is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
