Refund policy

In short: the roadmap is a digital product that unlocks right after you pay, so all sales are final. If something goes wrong on our side, we will fix it.

No refunds on the roadmap

The personalized roadmap (CA$50) is available the moment payment completes. For that reason we do not offer refunds for change of mind. The free quiz, result page and checklist are there so you can see how the tool works before you buy.

What we will fix

If any of these happen, email hello@tillsia.ca with the email address you used to pay and we will make it right, which may include a refund where appropriate:

You were charged more than once for the same roadmap.
You paid but the roadmap did not open, and we cannot fix it.
You were charged an amount different from the price shown.

Lost access?

Your roadmap is built from the quiz answers saved in your browser. If you switch devices or clear your browser data, you may need to answer the quiz again. Email us if you have trouble getting back in.

Questions about a charge

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We reply quickly and can usually fix the issue directly. This page does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
